SINOPSIS
En un laberinto de ríos y arroyos, mundo sensual y salvaje, Álvaro lleva una vida humilde y solitaria. Su labor cotidiana consiste en pescar y en cortar juncos. Su homosexualidad y su pasión por los libros hacen de él un personaje a parte entre los habitantes de esta región de Argentina perdida en el tiempo. El único lazo entre este territorio sin fronteras y la ciudad es "La León", el pequeño barco del marinero El Turu, que asegura una vez por día el transporte de los isleños en las dos direcciones.
